#announcements @vcfyouth1 thanks Sam, Chloe & Zane for serving, White Elephant Dec 21st, No youth instead Ice Skating on 28th
1. Thanks to Zane and Chloe Reynolds and Sam Kirkpatrick for serving free hot chocolate last Friday for the Bellefontaine Holiday Parade. You guys braved the cold, worked really hard, and were awesome. Garrett really appreciates you being there and willing to love strangers. Also, thanks Justie for your picture taking skills.
2. Get ready, the biggest youth group event of the year is coming in 2 wednesdays! Start thinking about what you are going to wrap up and bring with you to this year’s VCF Youth White Elephant Exchange. At Garrett and Justie’s house, 641 E Columbus Ave, on the 21st of December, during normal youth group time. Food, fun, fellowship, gifts, and Wally in a Christmas sweater.
3. Don’t be sad, I know it’s hard to imagine, and I know you are broken up over it, but we will not be having youth group during normal time on Wednesday, December 28th due to Christmas and New Year’s. Try as hard as you can to hold back the tears, but be ready to turn them into tears of joy!
4. Wednesday afternoon, December 28th, will be our youth group outing for ice skating and fun! Think you can skate faster than Garrett? Think you can balance well enough to look like the guy on the screen? Not sure of the exact times, so stay tuned. We will meet to leave from the church and return to the church. What a great opportunity to invite a friend or cousin or neighbor to experience our youth group without having youth group.
5. Ever thought, ‘I wonder what we’re doing tonight for youth group’ or ‘what is happening in the future for youth events’? Wonder no more. Check out our facebook page, Instagram at vcfyouth1, twitter, and blogspot page. You can also post to, like, comment, selfie, thumbs up, anything like that!
