@vcfyouth1 #announcements guys/gals night, serving at New Path Walk for Life next Saturday, bowling May 1st, and more!
1. Next Wednesday, we will be having a guys night/girls night here at the church. It will be during the standard youth group hours of 7-8:30pm. Come spend the evening together with your youth group guys or gals, respectively, discussing life and sharing.
2. Come on out and serve food with Garrett and your youth group pals at the New Path Pregnancy Resource Centers’ first annual Walk for Life April 30th. We will meet at 8am at Logan County Fairgrounds and be done sometime between 1 and 2pm. Text Garrett after youth tonight if you are interested so he could have a list. What a great opportunity to serve and give back to a great ministry that helps so many people and share’s Jesus as the greatest hope!
3. What an awesome way to practice what we’ve been learning in youth group by inviting a friend who doesn’t know Jesus to the Church-wide roller skating party May 1st. 2 dollars gets wheels under your feet if you don’t already own a pair! The Gospel will be given; all you have to do is ask ‘what did you think?’ on the way home. From 5:30 until 7pm at Indian Lake Roller arena.
4. We live in a digital age, and youth group is already there! Finding details, posting to, tagging, commenting, selfies, likes, asking questions, sharing it with a friend, or, heaven forbid, sharing with a parent can all be done through our facebook page, Instagram and twitter at vcfyouth1, or our blogspot.com.
